Engility has an opening for a Program Control Analyst at our Hollywood, MD location. In this role you will be part of a team supporting a government customer on several service as well as products contracts.
Roles and Responsibilities (including some or all of the following):

  • The successful candidate will be supporting the business and financial functions and deliverables on the program.
  • The candidate will participate in the control of costs and schedules requiring a validated cost control system. 
  • The candidate should have experience in financial planning and analysis, project planning and control and variance analysis. 
  • This would include preparing purchase requisitions, monitoring subcontractor costs, review approve and track invoices, and prepare backup documentation to customer invoice submissions. 
  • This position will interface with contract, subcontract, contract accounting, accounts payable, purchasing organizations and pricing. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing is important.

Required Qualifications

  • Position requires a Bachelor's (will consider experience in lieu of degree) preferably in finance or accounting 
  • 3+ years of experience with emphasis in providing financial tracking and support for a government customer in areas of Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.  
  • Should be versed in various contract vehicles, i.e., CPAF, CPFF, LOE, FPLOE, FFP, T&M, IDIQs, etc.
  • Have an understanding of the financial management of funding, revenue, cost, profit, billed AR, unbilled AR, backlog, labor utilization, subcontracts, consultants, excess revenue, and purchase orders
  • Must be well versed in MS tools (Word, PowerPoint etc.) and be solid in Excel. Familiarity with working with ERP systems
