FSRs will be responsible for fielding equipment and coaching/teaching/mentoring small unit leaders at the team, squad, platoon and company levels of combat arms organornizations.  

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:


  • Minimum education requirement of High School /GED with10 years, or an Associates’ degree > 7 years, or a Bachelors’ degree in Directly Related Field  > 1 years of experience.  Will consider candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a non-Directly Related Field with 4+ years of experience or a Masters’ Degree in a Directly Related Field with 0+ years of experience      
  •  FSRs will require relevant experience in tactical operations at the small unit (team, squad, platoon, and company) level in one of the following Branches / Military Occupational Specialties (MOS): Infantry, Armor, Cavalry, Special Forces, Engineer or Field Artillery to serve as Field Support Representatives (FSRs).
  • Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of the Army’s Capability Set software defined radios (PRC-154A or PRC -155 or PRC-117G) and associated Capability Set waveforms (SINCGARS or Soldier Radio Waveform)
  • Working knowledge of Army mission command applications (Land Warrior or NW or Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below or Joint Capabilities Release or Joint Battle Command-Platform)
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, teach, and mentor, and desire to communicate, innovative ideas in a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated strong oral communications skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge on Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, and Power Point

  • Must possess a Valid US Passport


Security Requirements:


  • Must possess an active SECRET security clearance

Desired Qualifications

TS Clearance

 1+ years of PEO Soldier/US Army/DoD experience

 Completion of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or a comparable course, as approved by the Contracting Officer Representative is desired, but not required
