This A&AS position reports to the DTRA IAA Modeling Development Team Lead in the DTRA R&D Advanced Analytics Division. The system analyst will be the lead technologist for working with developers to deploy new modeling, simulation and mobile capabilities. This person must have the experience to work semi-autonomously with minimal oversight and supervision.

 

Duties:

  • Provide on-site training as needed including locations that are U.S. based or overseas including Korea (perform as trainer for Mobile Field Kit (MFK), Tactical Assault Kit (TAK), Hazard Prediction and Analysis Capability (HPAC), EMAPS and ARC GIS
  • Support execution of program management processes focused on program schedule, quality, communications and integration
  • Provide direct support to government clients and liaison with Civil Support Teams (CSTs) and other National Guard assets
  • Create technical documentation including: network diagrams and Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
  • Facilitate and assist team network system design and troubleshooting

 

Required Qualifications

  • Strong background in Mobile Field Kit (MFK), Tactical Assault Kit (TAK), Hazard Prediction and Analysis Capability (HPAC), EMAPS and ARC GIS
  • Proven leadership skills in operational environment
  • Must have 8 to 10 years of relavent experience. 
  • Experienced with implementing process improvement procedures
  • Bachelor of Arts/Science in National Defense related core studies
  • Proficient in MS Office and Sharepoint
  • Travel Required (Domestic and Overseas)
  • Clearance: Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret
