Engility is seeking an experienced Intelligence Officer / Mission Lead to be part of our management team supporting a key program in the Intelligence Community. The successful candidate will play a lead role in managing a department within an important mission center. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the PM and the DPM in managing a specific mission area, representing the program to the customer on a daily basis.
  • Proactively managing customer satisfaction, customer requirements, surge support, and team performance.
  • Screening, interviewing, evaluating, and recommending new staff for selection to open positions.
  • Managing the successful onboarding of new personnel.
  • Supporting the PM/DPM in the quality, content, and prompt delivery of all tasks and contractual deliverables associated with the program.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Minimum 7 years as a staff operations officer, collection management officer, targeting analyst, or other relevant intelligence-related skill set supporting the customer mission
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree. 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree
  • Established, current, positive working relationships with customers in a customer mission area
  • At least 2 of the previous 6 years working in, or supporting, the Customer Mission Center/Department
  • Strong candidate evaluation and interviewing skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Additional years of experience in one of the relevant skill set areas
  • Experience across multiple skill levels
  • Experience providing training, leadership coaching and/or mentoring of staff
  • Previous management experience
