Engility is searching for an Employee Relations (ER) Representative that has a demonstrated background in partnering with managers and employees on matters related to conflict resolution, performance management, coaching, progressive discipline, and conducting investigations. Responsibilities also include facilitating the reduction in force process and being a liaison for the area of responsibility and the Engility Ethics Office. The ER Rep will work closely with the Talent Management Team to provide a consistent approach in addressing employee relations issues across the company. This role will also work to create a partnership between Talent Management, Group leaders and line management to address trends and determine/recommend learning opportunities to foster a high performance culture.
