Engility is looking for a smart, passionate, and dynamic CIA Customer Account Executive who can leverage their extensive CIA experience in computer network operations, compartmented software development and big data analytics to deliver excellence for Engility's Intelligence Solutions Group (ISG) and their customers. The successful candidate will become part of the Engilily Business Development team directly supporting the ISG leadership team responsible for leading account strategy, customer engagement, and driving ISG solutions and capabilities to new and adjacent markets. Additional responsibilities include partnering with ISG leaders to drive growth participating in all aspects of business development activities providing a unique customer perspective on various opportunities. Required expertise includes demonstrated experience leading multiple customer organizations; acumen leading diverse technical teams; ability to forge customer relationships across new and adjacent markets; and aptitude to anticipate and position Engility for success against future needs. The successful candidate must be a leader with technical and business acumen necessary to ’their responsibilities bringing an obsession for our customer’s mission, demonstrate a bias for action, be willing to think big, provide thought leadership, and be committed to growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of engineering, computer science, multimedia forensics, or other technical field
  • At least 20 years leading and supporting large Information technology programs specifically within the CIA customer’s environment.
  • Specific experience supporting programs focused on computer network exploitation, development operations, and big data analysis. 
  • Ability to engage and setup technical exchange meetings with stakeholders to ascertain office and group level requirements. 
  • Program management level experience with software and database applications to include: Java Script, Oracle, MySQL, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • At least 10 years of experience leading a multi-functional team and collaboratively partnering across organizations to meet mission and business objectives for the CIA.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic planning in large organizations within the CIA with the ability to articulate and develop organizational objectives, embed metrics to measure progress, coordinate across functional areas, identify/mitigate risk, perform alternative analysis, and assist with all phases of strategic implementation.
  • Ability to operate independently, without day-to-day direction, be a self-starter in all aspects of programmatic and technical leadership, business development, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with ability to engage customers at executive and mission level.
  • Resigned or retired from the CIA, specifically from components that have a focus in computer network exploitation, compartmented software developments, and big data analysis.

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience and/or understanding of how development operations and analysis are blended from an IT prospective.
  • Experience with programs within the CIA customer environment that have migrated legacy systems into the C2S cloud.
