Engility is looking for a smart, passionate, and dynamic Account Executive with extensive CIA Directorate of Operations (DO) experience who can leverage their experience to deliver excellence for Engility’s Intelligence Solutions Group (ISG) and mission support customers. The successful candidate will become part of the ISG leadership team responsible for leading account strategy, customer engagement, and driving solutions and capabilities to adjacent markets. Additional responsibilities include partnering with ISG leaders to drive growth participating in all aspects of business development activities providing a unique customer perspective on various opportunities.  Required expertise includes demonstrated experience leading multiple customer organizations; acumen leading diverse mission-focused teams; ability to forge customer relationships; and aptitude to anticipate and position Engility for success against future needs.  The successful candidate must be a recognized leader with technical, business and mission acumen and bring an obsession for our customer’s mission support needs, be willing to think big, provide thought leadership and be committed to professional development.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have at least 15 years of experience leading and supporting CIA Directorate of Operations activities within the customer environment, including HUMINT tradecraft techniques and tradecraft.
  • Ability to engage and setup exchange meetings with key stakeholders and senior executives within the customer environment, specifically in the Directorate of Operations.
  • At least one overseas tour-of-duty

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing or developing training programs supporting CIA’s Directorate of Operations
  • Multiple overseas tours-of-duty
  • Direct experience supporting one or more customer regional and/or functional Mission Centers.
  • Demonstrated experience working with business development resources to understand and shape creative solutions for technical problems.
  • Master’s degree and/or Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams and collaboratively partnering across organizations to meet mission and business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic planning in large organizations with the ability to articulate and develop organizational objectives, embed metrics to measure progress, coordinate across functional areas, identify/mitigate risk, perform alternative analysis, and assist with all phases of strategic implementation.
  • Ability to operate independently, without day-to-day direction, and be a self-starter in all aspects of programmatic and technical leadership, business development and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with ability to engage customers at executive and mission level.
