Engility is seeking a strategic Counterintelligence SME. This work is in support of national counterintelligence objectives and assists a government customer in implementing a process for assessing CI methods and provides mission and analytical support as required. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide Community-recognized subject matter expertise ranging from counterintelligence disciplines, technology, tradecraft, and operations.
  • Provide assessment of current CI tools and techniques being used and measurements of their effectiveness.
  • Perform customer-directed analysis and reporting as required.
  • Identify internal and external strategic CI issues that could affect mission success and other parts of the public or private sector organizations.
  • Provide all-source analysis of mission-specific information and write assessments as required to include comprehensive evaluation of CI topics and processes.
  • Serve as liaison with CI community components to assess effectiveness of CI reporting, collaboration, and operational support in light of national objectives.
  • Conduct analysis of operational activities as directed by customer and prepare reports on intelligence tradecraft and techniques to include tactical-level analysis.
  • Support development and maintenance of operational support databases to assist customer in policy compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Requires 14 years' of intelligence experience to include extensive knowledge and understanding of CI issues and priorities.
  • Experience participating in interagency working groups and forums to include ability to produce detailed finished reports.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's or military senior service college desired.
  • Prior all-source analysis experience
