Engility is seeking a Sr. Counterintelligence Analyst. This work is in support of national counterintelligence objectives and assists a government customer in evaluating CI technology and methods and providing analytical and training support as required across the public and private domain. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct strategic risk assessments on national CI vulnerabilities and identify processes and methods to protect government and private sector interests from CI threats.
  • Coordinate outreach to government and private sector entities to facilitate knowledge of CI threats and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop written and electronic documentation enabling streamlined dissemination of information pertaining to CI threats and corresponding solutions.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on technical CI risk management tools.
  • Interface with government and private industry parties to identify current efforts in development of CI strategies and technologies.
  • Assist with design and implementation of training material and methods to be used with private and public sector organizations to counter CI threats.


Required Qualifications

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree
  • Requires 7+ years of CI experience to include extensive knowledge and understanding of CI issues and priorities within the national security communities.

Desired Qualifications

  • Masters or military senior service college desired.
  • Experience supporting planning, coordination, and execution of IC training solutions, including collaboration and knowledge management tools desired.
