Engility is seeking a Counterintelligence Advisor to support a government customer in implementing a process for assessing CI methods as well as providing mission and analytical support as required. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with diverse groups within the IC and related IC stakeholder agencies to ensure full participation, mutual understanding, and shared responsibility of counterintelligence policy topics directed by ODNI leadership.
  • Help formulate and implement updated national CI strategies and other efforts to meet national CI priorities.
  • Facilitate groups across government agencies in understanding common objectives, and assist participants in working toward positive outcomes, without influence.
  • Facilitate small and large group meetings, working across disciplines and agencies, to gather opinions, gain consensus and support emerging policy and procedure formation.
  • Draft papers and presentations on national CI policy concerns for wide range of recipients including senior level and cross-agency audiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree
  • Requires 8+ years of CI experience to include knowledge and understanding of CI issues and priorities within the national security communities.
  • Experience in the development of strategy, policy, and plans and ability to participate in interagency working groups and forums to include ability to produce comprehensive finished reports.

Desired Qualifications

  • Masters or military senior service college desired.
