Engility has an immediate opening for a Senior Systems Integrator to support an exciting program in the IC.  The Systems Integrator (SI) shall provide total system integration solutions including support in establishing cross community relationships and supporting governance practices for complex programs. The SI should be knowledgeable in intelligence collection systems, identifying and gathering requirements, and supporting operational planning. The SI shall be responsible for coordinating the efforts of other SI support and for coordinating with the system engineering activities to document program requirements. The SI shall create, draft, and review program documentation including schedules and shall create formal review documentation for presentations. This includes, but is not limited to, developing portfolio documentation such as planning documents, board charters and schedules, documenting meeting results, tracking action items, developing briefings such as project overviews or charts required for ad-hoc meetings, and coordinating project events such as monthly VTCs and quarterly off-sites. The SI shall also ensure coordination and information flow between multiple projects in multiple parts of the organization IC and DOD communities.

Primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Developing and coordinating system requirements documentation
  • Coordinating mission priorities with stakeholders across the organization
  • Negotiating data sharing approvals between program and IC data owners
  • Assisting with process improvements to the program's Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) pipeline
  • Assisting with system security documentation to help usher projects through the accreditation process

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree
  • Requires 7+ years of experience as a program integrator, project manager, project lead, systems integrator, systems engineer, or similar role in the IC
  • Demonstrated experience working on classified system development efforts
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple priorities and multiple organizations
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience working with data sharing between organizations
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL)
  • Demonstrated experience or knowledge of system security accreditation processes
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships, encourage teamwork, and promote cooperation to address concerns and issues

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT or other related technical field
  • Knowledge of common IC data types used by targeters
  • Understanding of how raw data is processed into usable formats
