Description

Engility has an immediate opening for a Senior Program Integrator to work on an exciting program in Herndon.  The Program Integrator works within the program management specialty with an emphasis on planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling large scale programs comprising multiple related projects in support of the government program manager in complex intelligence community collection activities. The individual shall provide support in determining the overall strategy for major programs and communicating the resulting strategy. This work includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and analyzing program requirements and information, providing input into strategy options, researching available technologies or capabilities, documenting strategy decisions, providing support for linking the strategy to the funding, and developing briefings and other material necessary to communicate the strategy. The Program Integrator activities shall involve complex considerations of risk tolerance throughout the life of a program, multiple parallel task tracks, multiple dependencies, and complex interfaces to existing IC collection systems. The individual is expected to have extensive ability to clearly present information; read and interpret complex information; interact with customers, partners, colleagues, and senior management; listen well; and, resolve issues identified by stakeholders. The individual shall support the Government Program Manager with all tasks needed to make decisions about the execution of program resources, planning and implementation.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating mission priorities with stakeholders across the organization, resolving policy issues surrounding data sharing with partner organizations, writing cables to document programs, and coordinating partner visits and workshops.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree
  • Requires 10+ years of experience as a program integrator, project manager, program manager, project lead, systems integrator, systems engineer, Case Management Officer (CMO) or similar lead role
  • Requires 10+ years of experience working in the IC
  • Demonstrated experience writing cables
  • Demonstrated experience or thorough knowledge of IC data sharing policies
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships, encourage teamwork, and promote cooperation to address concerns and issues

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Case Management Officer (CMO) or Reports Officer or Chief of Intelligence
  • Interest in IC technology
