Description

Engility is seeking an All-Source Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) to be responsible for short- to long-term analytical studies to include requirements decomposition, target assessment, and target collection evaluation. In addition, the TTA uses a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues to include, but not limited to, network analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Must have 5 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree. 4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Familiarity with proprietary IC analytic and targeting databases, tools, and technologies
  • Research, targeting, and analysis pertaining to a wide variety of topics and areas of responsibility (AORs)
  • Conducting analysis for and developing short- to long- term analytical studies pertaining to assigned topics and AORs
  • Experience analyzing and decomposing targeting and analysis requirements
  • Experience using a variety of analytical methodologies to conduct analyses, including, but not limited to, network analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated report-writing skills
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with team members and mission partners with minimum supervision is required
  • The ability and temperament to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical work environment
  • A self-starter mentality, flexibility and ability to work with minimal or no direction
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality between the customer and its strategic industry partners

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience extracting and analyzing data from databases and data sources using Perl, SQL, and similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of biotechnology and major applications is preferred, but not required
  • Experience targeting/analyzing transnational issues is preferred, but not required
  • Pattern of Life (POL) analysisSupply Chain analysisMacro Economics
  • Government policy analysis
  • Government stability analysis
  • Finance
  • SIGINT development and collection strategies
  • Experience in software development with Python or Ruby is a plus
  • Estimating/assessing technology readiness levels/maturity
  • Background in data visualization and data analysis
  • Experience with Tableau
