We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to support out Navy contract in Carderock, MD (right near Great Falls, MD). Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Document and track seat order and delivery status
  • Documents changes and information to users regarding the NMCI contract
  • Validate delivery order versus order CLINs
  • Provide customer support
  • Validate personnel profile in .NET
  • Create financial reports for senior management
  • Utilize the Move/Add/Change(MAC) process

Required Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of college experience
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Ability to understand the NMCI contract
  • Provide support to Activity Customer Technical Representatives (ACTRs) and to the Activity Telecommunication Control Officer (ATCO) relating to telecommunications services.
  • Provide customer support on NMCI policies and issues
  • Ability to manage NMCI data using Navy web and database tools including Microsoft Excel
  • Possess acceptable customer service skills as well as oral and written communication skills
