Description

Engility is seeking a Counterintelligence Technical Editor.  Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide CI program management support to the Chief, CI Operations. 
  • Provide operational and production direction and guidance to SIC divisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to pass a CI polygraph as required.
  • Requires 7 years of experience editing intelligence products according to Intelligence Community Directives (ICD). Examples of intelligence products include: intelligence information reports, intelligence assessments, threat assessments, briefings, and other intelligence related correspondence. 
  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, publications or related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. 
  • Strong research, decision making, critical thinking and analytic skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong listening, time management and recognition skills.
  • Understanding of mission urgency.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, production, leadership and followership skills.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office programs. Capable of editing 10 - 20 products per week on a recurring basis.

Desired Qualifications

• Editorial certification.
• Post-graduate degree in English, Communications, publications or related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
