Engility is seeking a Counterintelligence Cyber Threat Analysis Officer who will produce threat reports and annual threat study for each specific focus or area. In addition, you will produce or contribute to reports of inquiry (ROI), requests for information (RFI), and publish or contribute to Intelligence Information Reports (IIR).

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to pass a CI polygraph as required.
  • Requires 7 years of work experience, of which 5 years must be relevant to CI cyber analysis or CI cyber investigations. 
  • Strong research, critical thinking and analytic skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong listening and recognition skills. Understanding of mission urgency. Strong time management, prioritization, production, leadership and followership skills.
  • Must be a credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Experience producing actionable cyber CI cyber threat reports, cyber CI threat studies, and CI Information Reports.
  • Experience using cyber or related automated investigative tools (M3, Palantir, TAC, ARCSIGHT, RSA Security Analytics, CCD, QLIX, TIDE and Proton).

Desired Qualifications

  • Post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
