Description

Engility is currently seeking an All-Source Technical Targeting Analyst who will be responsible for short to long term analytical studies to include requirements decomposition, target assessment, and target collection evaluation. In addition, the responsibilities also entail conducting a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues to include, but not limited to, network analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods.  The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience working Middle East issues
  • Familiarity with Middle East military and intelligence organizations
  • Proficiency in a Middle Eastern language

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Requires 5 years of relevant experience with the DoD or the IC as an all-source analyst, targeting officer, or technical targeting analyst
  • Requires a Bachelor's in an engineering or other technical field (e.g. mechanical, electrical, materials, aerospace)
  • Experience analyzing weapon systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, or engineering development documents
  • Experience working with technical intelligence or relevant USG/Academic research labs
  • Experience developing or using targeting / analysis tools
  • Experience writing memos or technical assessments
  • Familiarity with customer databases
  • Ability to collaborate and communicated effectively with team members and mission partners with minimum supervision

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working Middle East issues is desired
  • Familiarity with Middle East military and intelligence organizations is a plus
  • Proficiency in a Middle Eastern language is desired
