Description

Engility is currently seeking a SIGINT Technical Targeting Analyst is responsible for short to long term analytical studies to include requirements decomposition, target assessment, and target collection evaluation. In addition, the responsibilities also entail conducting a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues to include, but not limited to, network analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Requires 5 years of relevant experience with the DoD or the IC as a technical targeting analyst
  • Requires a Bachelor degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of the degree
  • All-source Analysis experience is required
  • Deep SIGINT experience is required, especially collection systems and methods
  • Experience fusing datasets from multiple collection sources
  • Experience developing or using targeting / analysis tools is required
  • Data analytics expertise is a must
  • Demonstrated report-writing skills are required
  • Familiarity with customer databases and communication methods is required
  • Understanding and directing technical collection is required
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and mission partners without supervision is required

Desired Qualifications

  • Recent experience working in SIGINT production is a plus
  • Previous experience working in a deployed environment is preferred
  • Experience working hard target / denied area issues is desired
