Engility is seeking an Enterprise License Software Manager for our Space Systems Sector. You will serve as the “front door” interface to IT technical customers submitting requests for software to the Enterprise baseline.  Our Enterprise License Software Manager manages software assets for the enterprise IT baseline and provide detailed input into software databases to track software distribution/deployment and usage, number of software assets owned, documentation (purchase orders) and other attributes with license management. You will plan, schedule, and monitor and control project deliverables at the direction of the Customer. In this role, expect to use commercial best practices to plan, direct, monitor, and adjust project plans for successful deliver of capabilities and services to the COMM baseline. You will identify projects and tasks required to deliver enterprise services efficiently.  Your planning requires alignment with policies, standards, agreements, and program plans that convey executive business, management, and strategic goals. You will ensure continuity and compliance with Systems Engineering governance documents. You will generate project plans to include writing/recording and maintaining the tasks/events required for conducting enterprise activities. You will also support Certification and Accreditation, integration, operational training, deployment, transition, and maintenance of systems and services delivered to the Customer enterprise. You will develop and provide input to cost estimation activities as required to include initiating and managing hardware and software purchase activities. You will also coordinate Project Plans by conducting or participating in Integrated Product Teams, Technical Exchange Meetings, working groups, and by attending applicable Customer enterprise governance boards.

Required Qualifications

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with ability to successfully obtain a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years industry experience or 12 years industry experience
  • 8+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering and Acquisitions support within the Intelligence Community
  • Knowledge and understanding of IC ITE services (hosting, networks, desktops, CM Domain, security)
  • Familiarity with all phases of the IT systems engineering and project management life cycle as applied to IT programs and projects
  • The ability to develop plans/schedules and work within a dynamic team environment to support the Government and other supporting contractor staff
  • 3-5 years’ experience with ISP /ASP / customer service delivery environments
  • Subject Matter Expertise in analysis of customer IT Service needs and assist in the identification of best value IT services
  • Proven ability to track, analyze and manage service baselines/targets in accordance with service level agreements and other performance artifacts and targets
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task and operate in a highly dynamic, multi-contractor environment
  • Proven ability to operate as a team player and coordinate with multiple internal and external groups
  • Self-starter, ability to lead and execute customer engagements without direct leadership participation. Support customer incident, problem, and change management requests. 

Desired Qualifications

  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 Certification
  • Working knowledge of the customer's greater organizational environment, mission, IT infrastructure and configuration management/requirements process
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications 
  • Sufficient interpersonal skills to work in highly dynamic, multi-contractor environment 
  • FedRAMP, NIST and FISMA compliance, Federal procurement, security and Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) processes, VMWare, IT Service Management, and Content Delivery Networks.
