Description

  • Liaise with system program offices, other agencies on staff and other CRCs to remain current on CRC weapon system capabilities, developments and initiatives to be able to advise division and branch leadership on policies and positions.
  • Participate in CRC related exercises, tests, experimentation, table top and staff level
  • events contributing to the sustainment and modernization of the CRC and associated infrastructure.
  • Review, validate, and provide sourcing solutions in support of Joint and Service specific CRC exercise requirements
  • Knowledgeable in Information Assurance Accreditation requirements and process for certifying and maintaining system Authority/Certificate to Operate
  • Participate in internal and external working groups, conferences, and experimentation and development events providing CRC expertise.
  • Prepare, review and develop Combined, Joint, AF, Multi-Service doctrine and regulations. Draft A3C position on ACC and Air Staff Taskers to include Enabling Concepts, Functional Concepts, and CRC Employment Concept and Corona taskers.
  • Advise and recommend options to manage and improve CRC processes, procedures, and doctrine; CRC manning levels, efficiency, and effectiveness; CRC equipment capabilities; and CRC training requirements. Support the development of Operational Concepts.
  • Support A3C as CRC expert on USQ-T49 CRC Simulation Package (CSP) and procedures in at the CRC Configuration Control Board (CCB)
  • Solicit inputs from CRC units and MAJCOMs on impacts of deficiencies discovered during testing or operations for consolidation into a recommended Lead Command position on fielding USQ-T49 upgrades.
  • Provide technical and functional support to manage CSP logistics activities and functions; including contracting, information assurance, equipment management, acquisition, budgeting, coordinating, planning, and programming.
  • Make recommendations to correct CSP logistics deficiencies and work deployment and employment issues, to include exercise and training during program upgrades.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, with 3 years related experience in CRCs or Associate’s Degree and 5 years related experience
  • Possess   a   minimum   of   3   years   in   NAF,   MAJCOM   or   HAF   level   staff experience (action officer) to include program and funding actions.
  • Possess 3 years’ experience on Air Force CRC weapons system capabilities, developments and initiatives.
  • Knowledgeable in Information Assurance Accreditation requirements and process for certifying and maintaining system Authority/Certificate to Operate
