Engility works with our customers on missions that strengthen security and safety and protect the basic values of our society.   We currently have a unique opportunity for a Project Consulant with an active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph to support one of our flagship Program within the Intelligence Community.  This position is a highly visible position working in a consultative role between two agencies on SIGINT and Ground Architecture/Ground Processing issues

 

We're looking for a SME to consult with a Northern Virginia customer on the acquisition and sustainment of new overhead and ground SIGINT capabilities and platforms.  Expertise in overhead ground architecture at the MGS and MCC is highly desired.

 

Job Description:

  • Review management, operations, integration, and transition of new or modified capabilities and services to the operational environment, and sustainment activities at NOVA Chantilly customers hqtrs, MGSs and operating locations.
  • Attend PMRs; advocate for user input in design of emerging technologies tasking, geolocation, and collections systems.
  • Knowledge of operations engineering standards for timing, data quality, documentation, and for developing the strategy and initiatives to drive architecture convergence and interoperability.
  • Ability to ensure agency data sharing rules are in place when systems get delivered to the field.
  • Articulate recommendations for improving customer systems integration standards for system deliveries to field sites.
  • Monitor incoming intelligence requirements that can’t be met by existing capabilities, oversee projects that are addressing those shortfalls and research JSMARTs and G-Forge to determine when to authorize the use of prototype processors into operational tasking.

Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph and be willing to take and pass a polygraph as required
  • Requires 20 years of relevant work experience 
  • Must have experience with SIGINT
  • Must have experience with Ground Architecture
  • Must have experience with Strong communication skills
  • Must have experience with Liaison experience
  • Must have knowledge of both customer bases
