This is an entry level Systems Administrator opportunity and will be part of the internal IT corporate organization focused on enterprise systems.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Setting up and coordinating team and project meetings
  • Taking meeting notes and following up on status for assigned activities
  • Reviewing operational tickets to insure that required steps and documentation are present
  • Updating project plans and working with the IT team to capture and record status updates
  • Creating communications, documentation, presentations and training materials 
  • Gathering data for and compiling metric packages
  • Review development and other specification documents to ensure they are completed correctly, posted and have required approval signoffs
  • Assisting with entry level development and applications activities and administration
  • Assisting with SOX and other IT audits, pulling reports and doing data calls as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration or MIS or Information Technology related degree
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in IT either as an employee or intern
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills 
  • Experience in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. 
  • Microsoft Project and/or Visio is preferred
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
  • Understanding of Business Processes
  • Understanding of the QA process

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with databases is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with programing languages is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with OS administrations such as Windows and Linux is a plus
• To have previous experience and familiarity with different types of auditing processes and procedures including SOX auditing
