Engility is seeking skilled Expert Intelligence Analysts to support a critical program for our Intelligence Community customer. This position is vital to the success of the program and our national security and provides a tremendous opportunity for technical leadership as a contractor.  The successful candidate will work on an operations team conducting critical intelligence operations with advanced systems and be an integral member of a fast-paced government/contractor team supporting customer missions.

Position duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Research databases, collate and analyze information, and support mission planning activities.
  • Prioritize strategic and real-time emergent threats and facilitate flow of critical information to mission director and tactical mission partners.
  • Perform airborne asset mission planning and airspace de-confliction.
  • Perform real-time monitoring, analyze changes to the tactical threat situation, and disseminate critical/time-sensitive information.
  • Interact with other intelligence analysts, mission planners, and senior leaders.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Polygraph.
  • Requires one of the following education and experience combinations.  In addition prior experience as a COMINT Analyst, ELINT Analyst, or Commercial Air Analyst is required.
    • High School Diploma/GED and 15 years of relevant experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of relevant experience.
    • Master's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have experience conducting critical collection operations with advanced collection systems within the Intelligence Community.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to surge through long shifts to complete critical missions.  Shift work is required.
