The PM will develop the project plan, working with the customer to define their needs, and manage a team to achieve an incremental rollout of capabilities, including but not limited to document management, configuration management, and custom workflows. With an Architect/Developer, the PM will work with the customer to define and implement operational and system architectures. He/she will also manage the migration of content from a legacy file management system to the new SharePoint content management system. Someone with a passion for working in a customer support role, has attention to detail, able to multi-task, and can work with multiple project leads to understand and communicate program information will thrive in this environment.
