Engility is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah 84056.
Engility is looking for an engineer with a background in one or more of the following: RF communications, wired and wireless networking, cybersecurity, communications security, cryptographic systems, and command & control. This is a great opportunity to work on one of the most exciting and challenging development and acquisition efforts in the DoD. Position and pay commensurate with skills and experience.
Roles and Responsibilities (including some or all of the following):
Put your years of experience into a future of excellence as you shape the future ICBM weapon system. The current ICBM system has been fielded since 1962 and has been upgraded in various stages over the life of the program as required to maintain system capability. There are multiple acquisition efforts underway or planned within ICBMs over the coming years including a new Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD), which is developing the replacement for, or modernization of, Minuteman III. Engilitgy provides engineering support (Advisory & Assistance services) as part of a multi-command, multi-contractor team. Engility is defining interfaces at the weapon system and major system levels (e.g., Flight, Nuclear Command and Control (NC2), and Ground).
