Engility is seeking an Expert Systems Engineer to join a program supporting an exciting and fast-paced customer mission. The successful candidate will bring strong qualifications in systems engineering; systems and architecture analysis; data engineering; and/or integration, validation, and verification testing and support a team that will:

  • Support the management, planning, and organizing of activities to accomplish program cost, schedule, technical, and mission
  • Collect, validate and analyze Sponsor requirements
  • Participate in program and organizational engineering review boards and other technical forums
  • Assist with the design and installation of technical environments for the test and evaluation of platform components
  • Evaluate, validate, and analyze compliance with stated requirements
  • Support integration of security processes and architectures
  • Provide technical and programmatic review of projects
  • Assist Sponsor with achieving approval to operate (ATO) for certification and accreditation activities

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree, however, additional years of experience can be used in lieu of degree.
  • At least 18 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience collecting, validating, and analyzing system and process requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with Project Management Framework (PMF), ITIL, or equivalent program management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven performance bringing a proactive approach to identifying and documenting customer needs.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Visio.
