Engility is looking to grow its Context Aperture™ professional services team. Context Aperture™ is an enterprise platform for managing digital content tailored and scaled to our customers’ missions. The successful candidate will possess broad technical knowledge and a “can do” attitude focused on customer service and delivery where no task is too small or too big.
Candidates will be responsible for supporting multiple customers on site and remotely in the areas of system deployment, configuration, management and customization. During deployment and configuration, candidates will be required to size and scale hardware and network architectures to meet data and workflow concerns. This includes recommending hardware, installing operating systems and optimizing settings. Candidates will be responsible for the installation of solution and 3rd party software.
For active deployments, candidates will responsible for developing and implementing system manage plans including backup and recovery, database maintenance and optimization, and other general maintenance concerns.
Candidates will be responsible for updating documentation. Documentation includes customer specific information as well as Context Aperture™ documentation to include general manuals and best practices.
Candidate will maintain and update internal network solutions. This includes working closely with the customer to define solution development and improvement in support of mission requirements.
