Engility is looking for Senior Systems Integrators (SI) to join an exciting program to support solution development for challenging problems. The successful candidate will be a proactive, forward-leaning self-starter able to work in a fast-paced organization spread across diverse technical areas in the computer networking and telecommunication fields. The successful candidate will bring a strong technical background with demonstrated technical aptitude in order to quickly understand technical concepts and communicate them in a way that can be understood by non-technical people. The SI is essential to ensuring appropriate integration and assembly of all subsystems or segments of the Client systems. The objective for the SI is the continuing verification of all internal and external interfaces (physical, logical and functional) to ensure the individual subsystems or segments will operate together. The candidate will apply their expertise leading and contributing to technical exchange meetings, creating and maintaining risk registers and mitigation plans, and assigning and closing action items for the customer’s technical projects. This will include witnessing system level tests and managing the requirements verification and validation process as well as assisting with adjudication and resolution of discrepancy reports. Additional functions of the positions include (but are not limited too): performing research to support trade space analysis and assisting in the development of system security plans, security documentation, and other program essential documentation. Someone with a passion for working in a customer support role, has attention to detail, able to multi-task, and can work with multiple project leads to understand and communicate program information will thrive in this environment.
