Description

Engility is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant. This is a front office position performing administrative duties that supports the Group Chief, Deputy Group Chief, and four Division Chiefs. Working independently, the candidate must exercise good judgment and the highest standards of discretion in disseminating information and responding to inquiries. Candidate must work well under pressure, with short deadlines, and be security conscious. Due to the impact and visibility, the candidate must have excellent organization, written and oral skills, and project a professional appearance at all times. Responsibilities include directing the daily workflow of the office, track status of email traffic, update calendars and maintain conference room databases, field telephone calls, prepare read ahead material for senior executives, summarize correspondence, control mail, maintain records, prepare and review non-routine correspondence, research and prepare background information on meeting attendees and or topics of interest, schedule and process travel, record meeting minutes, maintain supply inventory and conduct other support tasks as needed. This position is located in Tysons Corner VA and is metro accessible.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. 
  • Requires a Bachelors degree in any discipline and 5 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience can be used in lieu of degree. 
  • Must have demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills; experience working with senior executives; comprehensive knowledge of organization's policies, procedures, regulations, goals, vision, organizational structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles and values; extensive knowledge in the use of Microsoft office and standard computer applications
