  • Provide support the Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APM-L) in resolving issues related to ILS products and deliverables.
  • Track ILS products /Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) to ensure products are delivered in accordance with C4I product providers' Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and New Construction (NEWCON) Checklists.
  • The candidate will provide liaison with internal and external stakeholders (system commands, system centers, fleet customers, PEOs, etc.) in resolving ILS issues that could impact Surface Ships. Provide guidance, quality assurance (QA), and ILS management coordination to Contractor support team.
  • Participate in ILS meetings such as Logistics Readiness Review (LRR), ILS Management Team (ILSMT) meetings, Program Reviews, ILS Government Lead teleconferences and other ILS-related meetings. Complete ILS Data Calls.
  • Develop ILS briefs for presentation at various meetings and program reviews. Perform final review/validation of NEWCON ILS Checklists (submitted by C4I system providers) before sending to stakeholders outside of PMW 760.
  • Develop, review and/or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document Lessons Learned. Develop logistics strategy for integration program office.
  • Coordinate development of ILS Strategy and plan for program office.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 10 years of experience in U.S. Navy Integrated Logistics Support.
  • Demonstrated Practical experience in any of the following systems:
  • Program Support Data Automated Reporting and Tracking System (PARTS)
  • Configuration Data Managers Database Open Architecture (CDMD-OA)
  • SPAWAR PEO Integrated Database Environment Repository (SPIDER)
  • Remedy (Database for Navy Trouble Tickets)
  • Human Analysis Requirements Planning System (HARPS)
  • Technical Data Management Information System (TDMIS)
  • Configuration Management Professional (CMPro)
  • SPAWAR Casualty Response Action Tracker (SCRAT-classified access supporting databases
  • Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting ILS programs within an acquisition or integration program office (PEO/PMO).
  • Demonstrated experience briefing senior leadership (e.g., PM, DPM, Flag/SES).
