Engility works with our customers on missions that strengthen security and safety and protect the basic values of our society. We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst with an active TS/SCI security clearance to join our Team in Springfield, VA office to support one of our flagship Programs within the Intelligence Community.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management and technical engineering advice and support to the Government customer and program office representatives to ensure they have the best available information. To include the development of program documentation.
  • Oversee the coordination and fielding of projects through scheduling of activities, delivery of hardware and software, documentation, and ensuring all logistic activities are in
  • Provide advice and support to manage the program throughout the life-cycle including: cost, schedule, and
  • Develop briefing and documentation material for Director’s, Deputy Director’s, and Program Manager’s
  • Support GEOINT Solutions Marketplace and Innovation Mainstreaming Model
  • Guide team coordination with the customer to prepare sites to receive projects to include: conducting site surveys; deployment scheduling; developing transition documents; and coordinating training, site testing, security, and O&M
  • Monitor project development to maintain knowledge of current status by attending program reviews, monitoring testing, and
  • Support program budget development activities across acquisition and in coordination with other Government offices.

Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance and be willing to take and pass a CI polygraph
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years related experience in System Integration, System Engineering, Acquisition and/or Project Analysis, with 8 years’ of experience specialized in systems and/or services acquisition, and/or IT Services management and operation
  • Demonstrated experience in Technology Radar.

Desired Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience performing system engineering/system integration on NGA or Mission Partner
  • Understanding of the geospatial intelligence mission and its contributions to the IC, DOD, and non-DoD
  • Understanding of NGA Readiness
  • Familiarity and practical application with NGA systems architecture
  • DAWIA Level II/III certification in Program Management or equivalent (i.e. PMP).
  • Familiar with NGA acquisition planning processes and emerging geospatial technologies and
  • Experience using design thinking (human centered design) techniques and tools to reframe thinking, define user problems and identify opportunities (BMC, Context Map, CJM).
  • Program management and leadership experience.
  • Risk and schedule management experience.
