  • Analyzes and documents engineering requirements and capabilities across the acquisition life-cycle for critical components, critical information and critical function in systems architecture, design, and testing for relevance to technical capability and mission success.
  • Researches, develops and/or analyzes security and protection plans
  • Test, validate and certify the handling of critical program information (CPI) and critical components through the system life-cycle. 
  • Develop and review configuration documentation and to contribute to program and technical reviews and analyzes procurement specifications and data package.
  • Represent Anti-Tamper (AT) competency in Program SETR processes
  • Responsible for Anti-Tamper related documents/deliverables and the execution of the processes they describe, to include Anti-Tamper Plan (AT Plan), AT Key Management Plan, Anti-Tamper Validation and Verification Plan (AT V&V Plan or Anti-Tamper Evaluation Plan), Attack and Countermeasure Trees, Critical Program Information (CPI) assessments and memorandum, Anti-Tamper related risk assessments
  •  Provide program support for Anti-Tamper to include
    • Act as an advocate and adviser on anti-tamper issues during weekly meetings and working groups
    • Review Contract Data Requirements List deliverables and recommended changes
    • Provide technical recommendations on Engineering Change Proposals
    • Provide Engineering inputs on security matters, including authoring, review or editing of security-related documents to include Program Protection Plans, Information Support Plans, Capabilities Production Documents and Security Classification Guides.

Required Qualifications

  • Secret Clearance 
  • At least 3 years of experience 

  • Demonstrated understanding of the engineering sciences and techniques and their applications to DoD weapons, sensors and/or systems engineering

  • Experience applying engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, or evaluate military sensor, weapon and/or mission systems. 
  • In depth knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices including hardware, software, information systems and security engineering

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience developing Program Protection Plans and Anti-Tamper Plans
  • Experience with DODAF (Department of Defense Architecture Framework) 
  • Experience across an acquistion engineering  program life cycle
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, operational research, physics, or a related scientific discipline
