Engility works with our customers on missions that strengthen security and safety and protect the basic values of our society.  We are seeking a Mid-Level Risk Management Specialist with an active TS/SCI to support one of our flagship Acquisition Programs within the Intelligence Community located in St. Louis, MO.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized engineering, and program management support to the N2W Assistant Program Manager for Integration & Readiness (APM-I&R) to support the engineering, planning, coordination, and execution of N2W Program Integration activities in support of the overall N2W Program.
  • Support primary N2W technical advisor for all N2W risk & opportunity management related functions. 

Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance and be willing to take and pass a polygraph.
  • Requires 8 years of work experience, 6 of which must be relevant to the job description
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR additional years of relevant experience.
  • You will support APM-I&R and other N2W APMs throughout the life-cycle of the N2W program on requirements, processes, and industry best practices relating to the integration and management of the various N2W risk and opportunity registers, including those managed by NGA and US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and NGA’s other government and contractor partners.
  • You will provide support related to N2W risk and opportunity management activities’ impact to the N2W Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), particularly the N2W Critical Path.
  • You will provide support to the Government and N2W PMO representatives at meetings.
  • You will provide input to the APM-I&R on budget and other taskers or actions.
  • You will support APM-I&R in planning and technical exchanges between prime contractors, segments, projects and customers.
  • You will support execution of N2W risk & opportunity processes. Take & publish meeting minutes; Advise PMO & stakeholders on risk & opportunity issues.

Desired Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience on a complex government integration and engineering program involving multiple systems, contractors and agencies.
  • Understanding of the geospatial intelligence mission and its contribution to the IC.
  • Knowledge of NGA processes and tools, to include Systems Engineering, Acquisition, Configuration Management, Readiness and Security.  Familiarity with USACE processes.
