Engility is hiring a Requirements Management Engineer on our LANDMARK AOS program.  Our Requirements Management Engineer, you will focus on the system engineering and system integration aspects of ground and space systems that receive, task, and query trusted information. You will define, coordinate, facilitate and manage requirements for large and small scale development activities. You will also be responsible for authoring Requests for Change (RFC), coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and understanding technical and cost impacts. The Requirements Management Engineer will actively manage requirements in DOORS. In this position, you will be working closely with senior engineering staff members, as well as our customers that can include military users, intelligence community partners, and members of the intelligence community policy making teams. Our program's domain emphasis areas include SIGINT, GEOINT and Multi-INT collection and mission management.  

Required Qualifications

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with ability to successfully obtain a polygraph
  • Knowledge of the IC and / or DoD communities
  • Requirements management and working knowledge of DOORS
  • Knowledge and experience in large scale software development, system acquisition, and/or direct operational experience
  • 10 years' experience and working knowledge of IC Configuration Management process
