Engility is seeking a Systems Integrator to join a program supporting an exciting and fast-paced customer mission. The successful candidate will bring strong qualifications in written and verbal communications; sound judgment with positive interpersonal and teamwork skills; and strong conceptual, quantitative, organizational, and research skills. The SI will monitor schedules, deliveries, actions, and the status of requirements; participate in and/or facilitate program objectives through senior review boards, budget execution reviews, and program monthly reviews; and will be responsible for documentation and submission of technical program overviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience.  Additional years of experience can be used in lieu of degree. 
  • Demonstrated ability to create and track project schedules, actions and milestones, and metrics related to program activities
  • Demonstrated ability to organize a variety of activities, manage scheduling and de-confliction, and capture, track and drive completion of action items
  • Demonstrated ability to support and develop processes by which solutions are developed 
  • Proven performance bringing a proactive approach to identifying customer needs by analyzing the current work environment and using the results of the analysis to assist the customer in defining business objectives and desired outcomes and develop a plan for achieving desired outcomes.
  • Proven ability to break a plan into incremental pieces to develop solutions toward an overall objective
  • Understanding of organizational development and change processes
  • Proficiency with MS Office is needed to perform daily tasks
