Engility is seeking skilled Mid-level Sensor Operator to support a critical program for our Intelligence Community customer. This position is vital to the success of the program and our national security and provides a tremendous opportunity for technical leadership as a contractor.  The Sensor Operator works within a specialized crew environment and uses background knowledge as well as various systems to provide the customer with guidance and recommendations. The Sensor Operator is responsible for real-time collection of payload information and analytical expertise to support real-time tactical exploitation.  NOTE: Los Angeles, CA is listed to signify the approximate location.  Please apply for consideration if you would like to discuss further and receive more information.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI security clearance
  • Requires a High School Diploma and 3 years of related sensor operator experience.
  • Must have formal service training as a sensor operator as well as familiarity and working knowledge of state-of-the-art applications, tools, and systems.
  • Must show demonstrable exploitation, interpretation, and analysis experience with payloads.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and an ability to complete assignments with little or no supervision.
  • Flawless history in handling classified materials in and around controlled facilities.

Desired Qualifications

  • Tactical military aircrew experience in OIF / OEF.
  • Experience with multiple imaging sensor types.
  • Experience with imagery analysis tools such as FalconView is desired.
  • A demonstrated technical understanding of military communications networks and computer systems.
