Engility is seeking a skilled Project Analyst to support a critical program for our Intelligence Community customer. This position is vital to the success of the program and our national security and provides a tremendous opportunity for technical leadership as a contractor.  The successful candidate will support the customer managing a range of projects from large and complex to groups of small projects, building cost estimates, schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS). The candidate will work with the customer to achieve project objectives ensuring technical solutions and schedules are implemented on schedule.  Additional duties include but are not limited to:

  • Will be responsible for supporting the customer manager in all aspects of the project including cost schedules, documentation preparation and customer interaction
  • Ensure all control gates are met on schedule
  • Perform organizational wide integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems
  • Ensure the project team members are fully utilized or are made available to support other project to meet the requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI
  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Requires a minimum 3 years of experience managing a program or project of basic to moderate complexity OR 1 year of experience managing a program or project of basic to moderate complexity and a Program Management Institute basic certification (or other accredited PM certification body).
  • Must have full engineering project development lifecycle experience
  • Familiarity with project management tools and have the ability to build WBS, project schedules and allocate resources as needed in managing assigned projects
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in tasks
  • Proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources.
