Join Engility Company and be a part of a team that is impacting National security.  We are currently looking for a Data Support Specialist with active/current TS/SCI security clearance to join our Team in St. Louis, MO to support one of our Programs within the Intelligence Community.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Shall support the Government's development of substantive, comprehensive metrics that describe NGA's geospatial production as well as copro, inhouse and partner production. The position shall:
  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate geospatial production and technical exchange meetings to facilitate the collection of data.
  • Maintain and make available at all times metrics that describe NGA's and partner production in relation to KPPs 6 & 7 and requirements received from the IC, Services and Combatant Commands.
  • Support the Government's preparation, coordination and finalizing of production information to be presented by the Government at GEOINT production-related fora.
  • Assist the Government in liaising and coordinating production metrics with senior representatives at NGA and non-NGA organizations.
  • Record, draft, coordinate, and distribute reports, document drafts, meetings minutes, and a variety of other materials as directed by the government, in hardcopy, softcopy and post on Government networks.
  • Provide metrics specific to KPP 'report cards', OMB Part measures, CSART, SL monthly meetings.
  • Maintain historic data of all metrics, briefings and other reference materials as required by the Government.
  • Identify and recommend new data integration methodologies for data interoperability for future use and incorporation into the NSG

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI
  • Must have at least 10 or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within a related field
  • Shall be skilled in helping to define future FBO data requirements, including the prioritization process, by utilizing NSG-Ievel guidance.
  • Shall also have expertise to assist in the prioritization and coordination of production requirements from the Combatant Commands (COCOMS), Services, and External Agencies. Additional required qualifications include the following: Ability to perform research, contribute to the preparation of analytical/technical reports, publications, graphics, and maintain hard/soft copy files. 

  • Ability to create and maintain databases, summary data, spreadsheets, graphic documents, and maintain Intelink web sites. Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to extract and/or access geospatial information, derivative information and multi- intelligence data to provide requirements, currency, accuracy, readiness, responsiveness, data integrity, and relevancy recommendations that support the analysis and visualization of geospatial data available for use by the military, intelligence, and policy-making communities. 

  • Ability to adapt existing software applications, tools and data to meet new requirements. 

  • Knowledge of the Joint Strategic Capabilities Plan (JSCP) and National Intelligence 
Priorities Framework (NIPF).
