Description

We are looking for a candidate to join the Engility Defense Group. The qualified employee will:

  • Assist the Program Manager in reaching program goals and objectives, particularly as it applies to staff productivity, employee compliance and assessment, budget, resource availability, and preparing reports for senior management.
  • Supervise Program Management Office activities including oversight of contract staff administration, security, travel, shipping, and government furnished equipment.
  • Assist the PM with the hiring and readiness of approximately 800 full and part time contract staff employees.
  • Perform finance and accounting management of all contract staff activities ensuring compliance with Engility and government plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Track, assess, and report on all Contract Deliverables Requirements List items to the PM and COR as required to meet PWS standards.
  • Conduct program analysis as directed by the PM including personnel and equipment status reports, usage, and trend analysis.. 
  • Primary duty is Fort Leavenworth, Kansas; 10% travel requirement CONUS/OCONUS.

 This is a contingent position based on contract award and receipt of funding from the customer.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3 years experience working in a program or business management environment
  • Working knowledge and experience with program analytics
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
  • Proficient operating in a SharePoint environment and using Microsoft Office programs of Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • Able to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations unassisted
  • SECRET clearance; TOP SECRET eligible
